Join us for a special yoga class with a sound bath led by Alice RN Mangan and Bonita Goodall at aliceCBD, starting at 4:00 PM (doors lock at 4:20 PM).
The 45-minute session features Sanjeev, a certified yoga teacher and co-founder of Riveir Kochar, who will guide participants in exploring yoga as a lifestyle, the wisdom of chakras, and pranayama techniques. This class offers a chance to reconnect and awaken your inner light, with chair yoga available for those needing modifications.
