What is a Sound Bath?
Sound Bath
A sound bath is a meditative, immersive experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves and vibrations produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums. Designed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and ease anxiety, this practice typically involves lying down comfortably while a facilitator creates a soothing soundscape.
What to Expect During a Sound Bath Experience
Allow yourself to drift into a deeply relaxed, meditative state as layers of sound guide you inward. Many participants describe the experience as dreamlike—floating, expansive, or deeply grounding.
As the session concludes, most people awaken feeling calm, refreshed, and mentally clear, often with a renewed sense of energy and presence. Every sound bath is unique, and each person’s experience is their own.
What to Bring
To fully relax and enjoy the experience, please bring:
A yoga mat
Blanket and pillow
Water
Eye mask (optional, but encouraged)
Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sound to carry you.
